Hi Carol

I am just posting news- if you are curious print out the news and bring this to your doctor and see what they say. Most Medical doctors do not take the news seriously as there would have to be a broad study.

My MD gave me probiotics when I was in the ICU- I do not believe they gave me enough to make a difference but nevertheless, I was given them because I contacted C-DIFF.

I have been taking Probiotics for over 30 years.

If you get the go ahead to take probiotics from your doctors research how to take them. I have read it is best to take one pill and wait at least 30 minutes before eating food.
