Hey kids. I just had to go on Medicare Part D, and see that they don't cover for "vitamins" and other things. As I am looking at the ingredients of this vitamin I have been taking for years now… I am wondering about an alternative. Have any of you considered this? Here are the ingredients: 300 mcg Folbee Plus® Tablets do not contain sugar or lactose. Other ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Hypromellose, Stearic Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Magnesium Silicate, Triacetin, Magnesium Stearate and Mineral Oil. I am not sure what some of those things are, but I do know what Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is, and I don't think it is GOOD for a body. Would love to hear your experience on this. Thanks!!!! Blessings Heather

Hi AG I would agree that the ingredients are not good. I like Multigenics by Metagenics for a multivitamin. On the bottle it says to take six per day and I only take no more than two because I eat so darn healthy. I determine how many I need through muscle testing. With the multigenics they make an iron free version too because I no longer need the additional iron. Great hearing from you

Thanks!!!! That's helpful. I will check them out…. I swear, it sure is a balance between the medical world and the world of nature and health isn't it? And we are kinda "on our own" if we want to move on to better health. Make me wonder how much better I might feel without taking these.
